About us
Free, precise Vedic astrology for everyone, with My Charts to keep the charts of the people you care about.
What we do
We compute Vedic birth charts, kundli matching, the daily Rashifal and the panchang, and explain them in plain words. The free tools need no account: a chart you make stays in your browser.
How the charts are made
- Planet positions from the Swiss Ephemeris, the standard astronomical library, with the Lahiri ayanamsa.
- Parashari methods as the classical texts give them: divisional charts, Vimshottari dashas, yogas and doshas.
- KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati) for those who use it, kept separate from the Parashari reading.
Astrology is a traditional belief system. Readings are guidance, not medical, legal or financial advice.
For astrologers
Practising astrologers can switch their account to astrologer mode: each profile's chart, timing and prepared answers ready before the consultation. See the Features page.
An independent project
AstroReads is an independent project, built and run by one person, Durgesh Rathod, and free while it grows. It is made with care, but it is not a professional astrology service. Readings are for guidance only — for important decisions, consult a qualified astrologer. Questions or ideas? Use the form on our Contact page.
