What it means for your Moon sign
The houses are counted from your Moon sign (the Moon chart, or Chandra kundli), the traditional way to read transits: your Moon sign is the 1st house, the next sign the 2nd, and so on. They are not counted from your Lagna (rising sign), which needs your exact birth time. Mars is in Cancer now, so for a Cancer Moon it is the 1st house and for an Aries Moon the 4th.
